1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  • During high-volume periods (e.g., album releases, pre-orders, sales), processing may take an additional 2-5 business days.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide from our main fulfillment centers in South Korea and partner warehouses.

Note: Some countries may be excluded due to courier restrictions or customs regulations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and weight.

  • Tracking numbers are provided for all shipping methods.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are not included in the shipping cost.

  • These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please first check with your local courier or post office.

  • KPOPMERCH is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, reshipping fees will apply.

6. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items will ship after the official release date announced on the product page.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together, unless a separate shipment is requested (additional charges may apply).
