During high-volume periods (e.g., album releases, pre-orders, sales), processing may take an additional 2-5 business days.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide from our main fulfillment centers in South Korea and partner warehouses.
Note: Some countries may be excluded due to courier restrictions or customs regulations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

5. Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please first check with your local courier or post office.

KPOPMERCH is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, reshipping fees will apply.
6. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will ship after the official release date announced on the product page.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together, unless a separate shipment is requested (additional charges may apply).
